Steven “Steve” Caphart Sr - Co-Owner
With over 30 years of experience in the lawn maintenance industry and another 5 years of experience in tree work, Steve is a seasoned expert who brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. He learned the ropes from his father, who instilled in him a profound work ethic and a passion for the outdoors. Steve holds a GI-BMP Certification (Green Industries Best Management Practices), Limited Commercial Fertilization license And LCLM (Limited Commercial Landscape Maintenance) License, and his commitment to excellence are evident in every job he undertakes.
Steve's day-to-day responsibilities at the company include crew management, training, quality assurance, customer relations, and equipment maintenance. He is always happy to be on-site and takes immense pride in transforming mundane lawns into beautiful, awe-inspiring landscapes.
Steven “Lamar” Caphart Jr - Co-Owner
Steven (Lamar) grew up working in landscaping with his grandfather and brings over 15 years of industry experience to the table. With a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science.
He is the mastermind behind Steve & Steven's Lawn Care Service's back-office activities, including company direction, budgeting, invoicing, marketing, and process implementation. His sound business acumen and expert knowledge of the industry allow him to ensure that the daily operations of our business remain seamless, running like clockwork.
